How We Remodel Garments with Care

Every project begins with a garment and material assessment. We look at the construction, seam allowances, fabric condition, and the fit or shape you want before discussing what is possible.

For redesign work, we prepare a concept scope and quote after review. If the idea needs extra materials, those items are quoted separately, and the final result depends on the garment’s existing structure and usable fabric.

Clear assessment first, then a realistic quote and a design plan that respects the fabric.

Alteration Artisan focuses on garment remodelling and upcycling for pieces that deserve a second life.

Our workshop handles dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects. We also review customer-supplied materials when they are part of the plan.

Work is completed in stages, from design approval through remodelling and fit or finish review. Completion timing depends on the project and workshop capacity, and collection is arranged once the garment is ready.
